    Transmission Line Size - Checking Discharge Pressure

    That will only tell you the cooler line pressure. If you want to check the trans pressures you need a 1/8 NPT to # 6 adapter. Put it in the correct port and then attach a 0-400 PSI gauge with a 4 ft hose so you can read in the car .

    Fuel Pressure Gauge

    I have a 2 1/2 0-100 PSI fuel pressure gauge. It has a 43 inch long hose with 90* fitting that fits stock fuel pressure rail by removing the shraeder valve. This easily tapes to windshield for track or street testing. Much more accurate than the rail mounted gauges $90 shipped

    Fuel pressure too high

    I use a 2 1/2 liquid filled gauge with a 3 ft hose to test and I never leave it on the car. I leave a 1 1/2 gauge on the rail as a quick reference. The fitting I use for the rail is a racreonix. JMHO Adapter,-4M > -4F, Inline, 1/8 FPT Port (ADF-495000): Gauge Adapter Fittings
