    You’ll have no issues. If you’re not planning on running ALKY, E85, race gas, as stated, ya shouldn’t be turning the boost up anyway.

    Then ya have no need for a bigger pump. On only pump gas, boost should be kept in the 15-18# range. A 255 will support that fine.

    No. Even if it doesn't overwhelm the return and cause a pressure control problem, it'll unnecessarily heat the fuel.
