    LT1 Corvette question...............

    My sister-in-law has a bone stock '95 Corvette 6 speed with under 11k on it. It's a fun little car, can slowly walk away from my 928 from a roll. My butt says it's a low 14 second car. Just wondering what would be involved to give it enough beans to trap 110 or so in the quarter.

    Guitar speaker cabinet wiring?

    Wiring two equilavent speakers in parallel will halve the impendance(ohms). Wiring in series will double the resistance(ohms, again). So, to have 4 16 ohm drivers have a overall impendance of 4 ohms, wire them all in parallel. All hot and grounds together.

    "Whopping 160"? Put that 160 in a car that weighs about 1750 with driver and do the math. And thats very mild compared to some VWs. There have been many Vee Dubs running in the 10s with the same basic flat 4, pushrod engine.
