Seal kits are available from richard clarks garage. Rebuilding the master cylinder is not a big deal even if you've never done it... -
Here's an 2nd option... Have them yank it and install a new headliner the correct way and not cut things out they don't know or guess...

I would ask them to fix their mistake, the one THEY made.
