Been doing a lot of thinking and want to sell my conversion car. It is a 1987 Regal "T" car that originally had a 307 engine. The engine had a little over 200K miles when removed. I really like this car, as you can see the time in my sig was run with this car, and is a blast to drive. Im going to list what it has and needs to run. GN Motor has about 40K miles on it, bought it bone stock a few years ago with 28K original miles. The rear bolt hole on the doghouse and 3 holes on the head that attach the intake manifold to are a bit stripped so had to stack a few washers to get it to catch, car runs perfect, but just to let ya know. Also recently the car will sputter once in a while...could be ignition module, or coil pack.
HAS
1) Heads- 3 angle valvejob/mild port work/comp 980 springs
2) AC delete pulley/new chrome alternator/AC delete plate
3) Ramcharger dual fans/New Fbody radiator
4) 8.5 Gn rear
5) Dynotech Hi-Pro trans/3K stall Art carr converter, trans shifts nice and solid.
6) PT54 turbo/TH downpipe
7) New Interior/carpet
8) New Walbro 340 pump/60lb injectors/ADJ FP/New Injector Harness/ TT chip
9) UMI lower Control Arms/ATR rear swaybar/Bilstien Shocks/New Springs
10) T Wheels/Nitto DR's on back
11) Caster Fuse Link Relocation kit/Newer starter
12) RJC BC/ADJ wastegate
NEEDS
1) Ecm
2) Intercooler
3) Maf/Filter
4) Paint...its stock, pics look good but is cracking all on passenger side
5) Person before me did some body work, not the greatest but I just race the car so didn't matter to me
6) Exhaust system...only have downpipe hooked up
Also the car was in and accident about 6 years ago and had some roof work done but cant even tell. The motor and trans have maybe 10-12K miles on them, I only raced it a few times, and ran my numbers in my sig with this car, The car wasn't driven much so most of the parts I listed have under 10K miles. I am looking to get $6000 for the car OBO...The trans and motor alone were $4500, and it has barely any miles on em. Hate to sell it but must move on
