1987 Buick Regal Base with turbo low optioned car.
Bench seat with column shift. chrome trim.
Crank windows / non powerlock
Driver quality car.
Newly rebuilt 3.8 109 block, balanced assm with Speed pro forged .030
Heads w/ 3 angle valve job and Weber springs and trimmed valve guides for positive lock seals.
Midlodon head studs and Victor Reinz head gaskets
Comp cams roller cam 212/218
translator w/ 3" MAF,
Green stripe inj w/TT chip, Park Avenue gauge cluster
Stock turbo intercooler
New Hi Flow fuel pump and hot wire.
Bowtie Overdrives stage 3 200R4 w. Boss hog 3200 converter
All brackets and 'tin' powder coated under hood.
New Alt, A/C comp. billet tensioner
Pypes Stainless Steel cat back Exhaust w/ Race Pro mufflers
Kenwood stereo w/ bluetooth and remote usb/aux jack and CD
New carpet
AC blows ice cold with new condenser, accumulator, and compressor.
Recovered door panels.
GTA wheels powdercoated silver chrome and cleared w/ new Sumitomo summer tires
I built the engine with the option to upgrade easily without having to go internal.
Drives great, drove from SC to NJ and back in Nov 2014, would not hesitate to get in and go anywhere.
The bad:
Paint was redone by an amateur, good quality but bad technique it is showing its age anyway, perfect for a driver car.
I was intending to paint the car to its original code 31 dark blue metallic.
The cruise doesn't work.
I'd like to sell I can't give it the money and attention it deserves I have 2 other regals in various stages of completion need to downsize.
