I have a VERY VERY nice/clean 84,xxx mile survivor 1987 Buick Turbo-T for sale. I own a small performance shop in Paola, Kansas that specializes in turbo Buicks and have done a lot of very tasteful mods to this sleeper car. I wanted to stick with a stock look but focusing on a driveable high 10 second car which I accomplished with ease. The car is a rare light blue with dark blue interior (1 of ~200 made in 1987) color combo hardtop with p/w, p/l, tilt, cruise, rear defog, posi, concert sound II radio, remote mirror adjustment, power trunk release, aluminum bumper supports and brake drums. The body is rust free and almost lazer straight with incredible OE paint that really shines and looks great! It has the rare black out trim with chrome accents. There are no tears or holes in any of the interior parts and the body is damage free. You really need to see this car to appreciate it. It can be driven anywhere, handles like a charm with the current suspension set-up. All of the parts listed below are new or have been purchsed recently.

This car has run a best of 10.91 and 10.90 @ 121 mph on an easy tune (24 psi and low timing) and runs 11.0's - 11.teens all day long with no problem. It has run a best 60' time of 1.42 and will run 1.5's everyday on a decent track. It typically runs 7.0's in the 1/8 @ 98-99 mph and has run a best of 100 mph in the 1/8 with 6.70's et's....these numbers with a 61-52 turbo!! The new tranny has ~200 street miles on it and has been to the track 1 time since being rebuilt (4 passes). This car was recently driven 500 miles to Bowling Green, KY. for the Buick Nationals (May 2008), averaged 21-23 mpg doing so, ran deep 11's all week and is consitant as hell! I actually won bracket 2 this year with this car running within .02 of my dial and qualified in the #1 position for TAI and B2. The new 6776 turbo will run efficiently at 25-28 psi and should take the car into the mid-10's. Based off of the times posted above I would guess that the motor is making 450-500 hp to the tires with the old turbo. The car weights 3385 pounds without driver (1/2 tank of fuel) and is full OE sheet metal. It has been in Kansas its entire life and has not seen any road salt nor has it ever been a true daily driver. I knew the previous owner who purchased this car in 1990 from the original owner who he knew well...this car is very well cared for and it shows. Please call Joe at 913-244-3829 if interested. Pics available upon request.

$16,500.00. includes everything above plus a few boxes of OE parts, two D5 converters, a set of 8445 heads, ECM's, MAFs, gaskets, late model GM CD radio, and a whole bunch of other parts related to the Turbo Regals that I have accumulated over the last 18 years. This car is done and ready to enjoy, no excuses!! If you want to see a good pic of this car launching on drag radials, check out page 50 of the January 2009 edition of GM High Tech magazine...my claim to fame;)

Trades considered..new or old, what do you have? (Please no motorcycles, ATV's, or basket cases).

I took the car to the track last Wednesday to try out the 67-76 turbo and did not like it as much as the 61-52. With that being said, the car is being sold with the 61 turbo. The 67 turbo requires too much converter to spool and I prefer to run a tighter N/L converter.

$16k buys it with all the extras included!

Beautiful ride....well worth every penny.. Good luck selling it..

Thanks for the complement about the car...and yes you should have bought it then before I had a ton of $$$ tied up in it. I/we wanted I make it down to Noble this year but too many things did not fall into place. Momma is prego again and is due in about 40-45 days...she did not cherish the idea of me being 5+ hours away. Are you thinking about going to BG 2009? What toy do you have now?

Hey Joe what color blue is that?

Nice car. I think I saw it in KC Craigslist...????

The car now has a fresh tranny with 0 miles. I took it out to have my tranny guy make some modifications for me and while in there he replaced any worn parts.

Nice car. Is that Reeds cam a roller or standard lifter cam? It would make a nice gift under tree for someone this Christmas...

Nice car, really only 200 lt blue 87 t's made? I just got this one 2 weeks ago its is just like yours but mine has manual windows no cruise cont. and no pwr seat good luck with the sale if anyone is interested in mine shoot me some offers.
