265/50/16?

I ran across this size tire, has anyone tried it on a set of GTA wheels on the rear?

nope but I did try a 255/45/16 fit fine goodyears, then I tried my 295/50/16 BFG and those fit perfectly. but I run 16x9.5" rikens in the rear. hope it helped alittle bit.

what size rim you on in the rear?

I have T wheels now but am going to 16X8.

I ran 265/50/16 BFG Radial T/As on 16x8 GNX style wheels for the longest time and had no issues. They would SLIGHTLY rub on very hard turns but other than that they were fine.

The 265/50-16 is a BFG Radial T/A. That's an "all season" tire, and probably not going to be much of a performer, since its designed to work in snow as weel as wet and dry.
