I have a 10" PTC converter but i don't know what stall it is and it's a good converter, if you what to spend the money to have it freshen up and see what stall it is ,I will sell to you for $250.00 ship to your door ,Let me know thanks.,I do have pics if needed.

That i have no idea ,That' what i was saying if you what this is the real deal converter ,It was given to me but i don't need it, This is a cheep price for it ,If you bi it send it back to PTC and have it clean and resatll and you will have a brand new one for haft the price.

I all ready said that, it was given to me and and i don't know what stall or lock up or none lock, But it is a PTC and it is a 10" converter.

No where does it say you don't know if it was a lockup.
