3rd gear lean out

I'm still trying to learn the extender and T+ set-up. I need to know what would be the best way to add fuel into 3rd and 4th gear without affecting 1st and 2nd. I dont think that adding WOT fuel is the best way because it would affect 1st and 2nd as well. Should I change any BLM settings??
I am running 50lb injectors.

I ran into this same issue and what I did was add WOT fuel with the translator 4% and used the extender chip(I can't remember which number off of the top of my head) and lowered the low gear fuel 8 percent. I also added some low gear timing for more punch off of the line.
