I've got a '68 455 OLDS Rocket complete engine sitting around that's just taking up space. It includes everything from the oilpan all the way up to the air cleaner with the "455 Rocket" sticker still readable. It's out of a full-size '68 Delta 88 that was wrecked in 1979. I bought it off of my next door neighbor who pulled the engine out of the car in 1979 in running condition - he intended on using it for an airboat apparently. I bought the motor & tranny assembly as a whole for the BOP TH400. No use for this engine. I was thinking of putting it into an 80's Cutlass or similar body but, already have too many projects as it is. So, my loss is your gain. Was told engine had less than 30K on original condition. As I stated earlier, full engine - oil pan, exhaust manifolds, heads, entire pulley system (A/C compressor & brackets/pulleys, P/S Pump & brackets/pulleys, alternator, etc...) even the belts & A/C & P/S hoses & radiator hoses are still attached, distributor & ignition wires are still in the block & connected to the plugs. A factory 4-bbl rochester & block mounted fuel pump are also still attached. Also have the flexplate to go with it. Will post pictures & other information if requested. Motor is sitting at brother's house in enclosed garage in Palm Bay, FL. E-Mail me at Chuckles101786@cs.com or post here if interested.
