6SENSE- RC fan/F-bod radiator ?

It looks like I'm going to have the same setup as you. I broke my stock 87 fan putting the motor in and today my radiator blew up while installing my RC fans.

I saw in an old post where you said the RC fans didn't fit perfectly between the tanks with the F-bod radiator. Is this just a tight fit or do you actually have to remove material from the fan shroud? I sort of need to know in advance because I'll have to wait another week to borrow the dremel if I don't get it this weekend. I also figured this would be helpful since I see more and more people going with this setup.

Its more than just a tight fit.....but just barely. It almost went in there. All I had to do to fit in between the end tanks of the rad was, not really cut any material off, but shaved some off the vertical edges of the fan. I just went ahead and hit it with a grinder to accomplish this. Take a little bit off at a time and check fit, its not bad at all.
