7000rpms and governor?

Once I pin the spring in the governor, anyone know how much weight to take off the weights for the trans to shift at 7000?

I just did that a couple of days ago using a very lightweight hollow pin and JB Weld. I then shaved off all the excess JB Weld. I called DRW to ask the same question and they said no need to worry about it. Unfortunately I broke the diff on the 1st pass since the mod but the shift points seemed fine.
