Sounds like you got it setup good now. Should be able to sit back and enjoy it with no worries of headgaskets going out. How do you have your wastegate assembly hooked up now....solenoid, lines? The knock you are seeing is just shift knock. I get that. I would recommend a knock gauge in the car, because you never know when your going to get a bad tank full of 93 octane. Or certain gas station's gasoline just isn't as good as others. -Nick.
 
i have it hooked up just like out of the factory with the solinoid i made an adjustable wase gate actuator and diled it right in only thing is is the o2 volts are still at 90 a wot maybe a bad o2 sencer
 
Try to turn your fuel down 1 lb. see if that brings them down. I personally don't mind running the car on the rich side. But, its hard to say how rich its running. If you want I would try to get it to around 820 for 02 volts. It might get a little faster as it might be too rich. As long as your not getting a code 13(thats with the regals) and your 02 volts are bouncing around and active at idle your 02 sensor is good.

ok lol ill ave to get a adjustable regulator to do that so it may be a while and by the way thanks for all the help
 
You could try bringing your boost up 1 lb., that will bring those 02 volts down a little. Monitor knock though.
