86 engine/tranny in an 84

hey i'm looking at an 84 regal that was cloned into an 87 without a motor/tranny and I was wondering if my 86 regal t type engine/tranny would fit in there and also if the glass would work in there too.

Engine would work but you will need a different gas tank and have a little work. What exactly do you mean will glass fit. It will bolt it, but quarter windows are a lttle different.

i have a complete 86 t type so it shouldn't be a problem if i need any parts. the reason i asked about the glass is because i have windows that are tinted black in the 86 and the windows in the one i would be buying aren't tinted at all and i had never priced a tint job.

Not a problem,lol. As long as you have all the harnesses your ok. A little advice save everything you can before you complete your conversion. Don't forget the brakes. Harnesses etc.
