my engine was running nice, changed the fuel pressure regulator and TPS both new, then engine wouldn't start. Changed back to the old parts engine still won't start.

Any ideas?

Does it crank? Start with the easy stuff first...fuses, relays, etc...

cranks, almost fires up (and sometimes is runs for a few seconds) then dies.

What is the fuel pressure and is the TPS set at .42V KOEO?

Fires up and dies also sounds like a chip with those damn anti-theft options on it. What chip do you have?

got my hands on a Fuel Pressure tester today, was only reading about 10psi then the battery died from all the cranking. The TPS is set at .41......what does KOEO stand for?

Sounds like cam sensor may be out of range? Did you mess with it or change the module?

Rick

I had set cam sensor before changing the FPR and TPS SENSOR however anything is possible, any idea how to set cam sensor using a volt meter (if possible)?

Just turn the sensor slightly clock wise

I think I got it, genius here had set the cam sensor 180 degrees out, not sure how or why the engine was running good except that it wouldn't hold idle in open loop situation after warm up. Thanks to all for the advice.
