Sorry for such a long post, just want to give potential buyers as much information on the car as possible. (thanks for looking)

For Sale: 1987 Turbo T / WE4 (Excellent Condition)
3rd owner (have had the car since 2002) Location: Long Island NY
27,xxx miles ( I’ve put about 2000 miles on car in 6 years.)
Clear Carfax report.
All black exterior/all grey interior.
Power Windows/Locks
Tilt wheel
Astro roof
Bucket seats
Posi rear

Added were rear GN spoiler (not aftermarket) and aftermarket GNX fender vents.

Many bolt on upgrades:
Engine compartment:
TA-49 Turbo
Champion Iron heads
Poston’s Exhaust manifolds and crossover
Terry Houston Down pipe & test pipe w/ dump
Delphi 50lb injectors
Power plate
Adjustable wastegate
Vacuum brake system
Hotwire kit
Walbro 340 fuel pump
Poly motor mounts (both sides)
Billet thermostat housing
Adjustable fuel regulator
Timing cover w/ high volume oil pump
Rear main seal replaced

Transmission:
Shift kit
Transmission cooler

(I have most if not all of the documentation on the upgrades).

Wheels:
GNX 16” Look-a-like wheels (GTA) w/ brand new Falken rubber

Other:
Covercraft car cover

Car has been immaculately maintained inside and out (even the engine bay). Always garaged since new (a look at the undercarriage will show) and drives flawlessly. Everything listed except for the transmission cooler was added since I bought the car. Paint is original and in real good shape. Body has a few slight paint imperfections (known for GM paint jobs during the 80’s) and for the fact that the car is over 20 years old.
- Roof has two minor imperfections. They both look like little dings from the inside out.(Don’t know how that could have happened???) One is about the size of a nickel and the other a pin head. (hard to notice) you have to look for them.
- Driver and passenger door have a ding each about the size of a pin head. (again so small you really have to look for them).
- There is a spot about the size of a quarter on the trunk that is checking.
- Drivers side front quarter panel shows two irregular paint spots. (touch-ups of one kind or another). Each are about the size of a dime.

The only interior flaw is the sliding cover for the astro-roof. The material is starting to fall on the driver side corner.

I bought the car from a member on here a little over 6 years ago. I was 28, just got my first real teaching job and always wanted one. Over the past six years life has changed drastically in a good way of course. I’m now married, have a house and an 18 month old. Needless to say the car just sits in the garage and needs to find a new caring owner and home.

There are so many extras to this car that I’m sure I forgot something here or there.

If you’re looking for something real nice and pretty quick to boot here it is.

Asking $16,000

Thanks for the input T Spool. The three pics above are the only ones that are small enough to upload. Most of the pics seem to be too big to post. I'm going to try a few more. Sorry!

Most of the photos are just a little too large and exceed the limit that the site allows. Again, for all the pics (41 of them) e-mail me and I'll get them out to you.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

Thanks for the nice comments. It really is a beautiful car. Hate to get rid of her. Just not practical anymore.

I removed the GNX dash and still have it. It is not for sale w/ the car, at least not at the current asking price. I figured I could get more for it selling it separately.

Thanks again!

Rob

I appreciate the reply and good luck with the sale. If the car is still available when I have the $$ I will highly consider purchasing your car. Bump for a detailed post and a great car.

Thank you
