AC stall

There is a plug in the stall , can i pull this and drain it, or should i take it some where to have it cleaned .

I doubt it.

Most converters are not made with drain plugs. If you suspect that you've got anything but normal wear particles in your converter, the best thing to do is to have it cut open.
