Adjusting TPS, O2 sensor

Any one know a good way to adjust the TPS sensor? I do have a scanmaster for the readings. Also my O2's are all over the board. Does that mean I need a new sensor. While at idle they jump around from 100-600-200 etc... I seem to get accurate recordings while under boost though.

the procedure can be found on www.gnttype.org as for 02's, they should move around unless at WOT.....check the "cross count" reading...that should be active also
