Which one is the MAF reading and should be 255 WOT..

ATS is "air temp sensor", and AF is "Air flow".

Whether it reads 255 at WOT or not is dependent on a lot of things. How much boost you're able to run, condition of the MAF sensor its self, general state of build up, etc.
