Air fuel ratio

What would cause my a/f ratio to jump around while accelerating? I have a second o2 on my downpipe that is what I'm referring to. It will go from 14- 16, and when I let off the gas settles around 13.5. I have checked my fuel prressure it's at 42. Thanks in advance!

There are 50 reasons. It could also be normal, which the 13.5 sounds like it is . . But . . Without real data (Read PL file) . . . Any opinion will do.

Ok , I'm going to try downloading the software again, car has powerlogger I haven't had much success trying to use it yet.
