anyone?
Well, since no one else is chiming in.......
I'm running a Joe Tripod Dual stage kit that is coated for methanol. Of course.... you've seen it! It is a deadhead system that only comes on when activated by boost sensing Hobbs switches. First stage comes on at 5psi with a .014 jet to handle the high timing and part throttle detonation, second stage comes on at 15psi with an .025 jet. I currently run 26* timing and 23psi with no problem. You can check out Joe's kits at

He's a great guy and gives lots of help over the phone.
A lot of people run the SMC kit. It's nice because it has a control box and is pretty much "plug'n'play". He now has a dual nozzle kit out, but it is not staged. It just has the capability to spray twice the alky as his regular kit. He's a super guys and a lot of guys like his kit. I've noticed a lot of guys at the Corral trying his kit. I know Jeremy said he wanted the SMC kit for his twin project, but people have experienced part throttle detonation b/c it only has one turn on point...... that's what I like about the staged kits. If you do a search on SMC alky, I'm sure you can find the link to the website so you can read up on his kits to. Since you're dealing with a blower and less boost, the single stage would probably be enough. I think the SMC control box is pretty gaudy, and the tank isn't as nice as Tripodi's..... but Steve's kit is cheaper, and it sells well. Although, you can get a single stage Tripodi kit, too........
Choices, choices
Most people will tell you to run straight denatured, which is what I do. Methanol is even better, but hard to come by. If I can find some Meth, I'll probably mix in 10-20% water for the octane rating and safety reasons. When running straight denatured, don't forget to add a little WD-40 to every tank-full.
