Alky not activating

I've had my alky kit for years and have never had a problem..it's set to turn on at 5 lbs ..just the other day i started getting knock at 14-15 lbs of boost on pump gas which is usually the threshold without running too lean on pump gas...I noticed my light did not come on therefore no alky (meth)was being spayed. It still turns on manually if i push the test button on the controller. What could be causing it not to turn on as soon as i hit 5 lbs of boost...I did not install it so I need to know what to check for or where to look. Thanks everyone

I did find the vacuum hose was off...so i reconnected that...would i need to disconnect the battery and try again..

Shouldn't have to unhook the battery

You might want to figure out how to keep it from popping the vac line off again. I use zip ties.
