when i push test button alky comes on but under boost it does not. i have pump speed set at 10 and boost adjustment is somwhere between 12 and 15 pounds. any ideas anyone. thanks

The hobbs switch inside the box may have died.
If you have a MityVac you could disconnect the boost line and pump it up to pressure to see if the pump comes on. (ignition on/control box on). That's how I set my turn-on point.
If you have the SMC kit, just give steve a call or send him an e-mail and he'll help you get it going. If it needs repair, he's very easy to work with....great customer service.

steve IMO is the best guy to deal with for customer service. my controller died but we thought it was the pump so i sent it in. he checked it and it was ok so i shipped the controller which was the problem. he fixed one of the drivers that had broke and gave me a tank gauge ($12 upgrade i think) FOR FREE!. he said since i had to ship it all to him not to worry about the guage or fixing it. that IMO is the best type of customer service you could ask for. he has spent many hours helping me out and just talking over the phone with me. i WILL be buying upgrades from him in the future.
