Alky source in Southern Ontario?

I've ordered Razor's alky kit and now, I'm trying to find a source for methanol around here. Can I run this?

I'd rather find something cheaper than $10 a gallon, but will this work? I know windshield washer can work if you can find some with a confirmed alcohol percentage, but I haven't seen any without detergents.

And, do I just pour that in straight, or do I have to dilute it?
