Another "where does all this stuff go" thread. Everyone, please help!

I'm so close to finally getting my car fired up after 5 years, but there are still a few items under the hood that I can't figure out. Here is hopefully the final list:

There are 2 hard vacuum lines that are coming out of the back of the passenger fender that currently go nowhere. I'm assuming that they are for AC / heater controls. What do they connect to? The only free port I have is for the MAP sensor.

There is a brown T connector next to the MAP sensor. Does that go to anything?

There is a square plug (female 4 connector) with three wires coming off of it. One is red, one is black, and one is blue. It is currently sitting right by the AC / heater blower motor towards the back of the fender on the passenger side and I can't figure out where it goes.

On the drivers side towards the back of the fender (by the brake master cylinder) there is a black wire with an orange stripe and a single connector.

In the same area (drivers side by fender towards the back) there is a 2 pin connector with a yellow wire and a purple wire.

Please take a few minutes and look under your hoods to help me out here. I'm getting close.

Pics would help greatly in this instance. However,...

Going from memory here, but as for the two hard lines, the longest one goes to the port on the MAP sensor. The other one goes to the heater control valve.

Brown connector by the MAP sensor is for cars equipped w/digital dash. If you don't have a digital dash, just leave it as is.

Not sure about the square connector on the passenger side

Black wire w/orange stripe is for the under hood light.

The two-wire connector (yellow and purple wire) is one of the coolant sensor connectors....I think.

Thanks. I ended up figuring it all out with the additional help of a friend who has a GN. One vacuum line goes to the heater control valve, the other goes to the check valve that goes to the cruise control.
The square plug on the pass side goes into another wire harness that goes underneath the blower motor. The 2 pin plug on the drivers side with the purple and yellow wires goes to the windshield washer pump that is under the wiper motor.
