Just bought my TTA a few weeks ago.

I am noting a pretty serious coolant leak and it seems to be pooling around the intake. Could it be the intake gasket itself?

I would look at the coolant lines that run into the ThrottleBody first...They are in the front of the TB on the bottom of it,If thats not it...Then I would think it is probably leaking from the Metal coolant line on the Passenger side of the Motor...It runs right along the top of the valve cover...Where the Valve Cover and the Intake meet.

Those would be the only places I would think that would result in you having Coolant leaking onto the intake..

Good Luck,And let us know when you found out what it was...

If it's the heater line (steel one by right rocker cover) those can be brazed by anyone that is experienced as a welder. Mine leaked there when I picked up my beat- up old TTA. Turbota
