I got it and no problems. Its one of those things that is proven to work if not they would not sell it.

Casper's electronics make excellent quality products.

I ran one when I was a noob with my hot air. I have since learned how to correctly set the TPS. You may even have to "mod" your TPS by filing the little guides off, some guys do, some don't have to. Doing the TPS adjust is easy and quick, and it saves you 80 bones. But after looking at your sig, I am not sure what else you can by with the $80. (jealosy in there somewhere. :frown: )

TPS-TEC for sale

Hey Vader87,
If you want one, I have a used one that I no longer need. Just let me know...

MAY 2001! That is Ol School! Just reading and looking for ways to get the best tune I can. I do have my TPS set to the correct settings now. I'm just courious if this would help. Thanks for the input! What wiring upgrades should I do?

I drive my car on the street all the time, I've had the TPS TEC for 15 years on the car and what i like is on the street it gives you a little more fuel when you "slightly" floor it (how do you do that..but you know what I mean).

At the track, I always disconnect it, but I worry more about detonation and popping a head gasket on the street when we are screwing around and "showing off" blowing away just about everything we come across. I figure a little richer mix than needed can't hurt. Paul

I know what you mean. Usually I can't floor mine because the tires go up in smoke! I usually ease into the throttle until I build speed. I too worry about blowing it up because of bad gas on sometning stupid like that. Maybe this will work for me.
