Anyone have a good cheap exhaust guy around SFV?

Hey guys, well my car seems to be running well but I am running only straight DP though and it is a little to loud for the street, even though cops dont seem to mind I dont want to risk it. Anyone have a good cheap exhaust guy that can welled my dump tube to my DP? My exhaust guy closed up shop and the other guy around here is being a sissy and saying its illegal. Anyone? thanks

Contact Reggie west or Rick Percy, it doesn't get any cheaper than that .

do you not have your converter? as long as the converter is there i don't know why they wouldn't touch it without the converter i don't know of any that would touch it (expensive fines) what area of the valley are you in? i might be able to help!!!!

thanks for the help guys. I dont have any smog stuff, I live in the chatsworth area. Any help would be appreciated, all I need is a dump tube welded to my DP so I can connect the rest of the exhaust. I dont drive the car much, it sits in my garage and my brother takes it out from time to time.
