My buddy has a spare nitrous kit he isn't using, and I don't want to risk running nitrous, so I was going to use a spraybar from NOS and turn the kit into a IC sprayer.

Anyone have any experience with these things?

How would that compare on a dollar per HP calculator Vs the actual ingestion of the nitrous the traditional way?

Not very much at all. However I don't want to run nitrous and live in fear of melting a piston if I run out of fuel, or anything associated with that.

It is more something to cool off your inlet temps on hot days, and has shown to reduce IATs enough to warrant its use. However it may not be necessary on my setup, but I got the bottle and lines for free, so I figured why not put it to use, and since I run a rather large FMIC (CAS V2) and I will be driving this in hot weather regularly.

Its one of those "well, I have most of the parts, and it would be kinda cool to do" type deals.

I have a intercooler NOS cooler to speek(Sparys over the intercooler via a couple of spary bars), and I have seen no real gain in using it. JMO

There are some guys locally running them and they said they noticed a gain from it.

I'm not really using it for any real HP gain, just as a safety precaution for hot days in traffic.

Its just a fun thing to do, ya know?
