Anyone want to trade Dis-4 for a HO version

I have the HO version that I was going to put on the car but I am afraid it may overheat if I use it on the street. Anyone have a street version they want to trade for the HO version?

I wouldnt worry about that. It will probably start to act before u even get out of the drive way! LOL

I probably shouldn't say this but..........I have never had a problem with my HO for 2 years running it on the street. I never run without it. I get the power from the starter (battery in the trunk) and grounded it to the cylinder head where the battery used to go and no problems yet. I have the alternator going to the starter post also with the volt blaster set at 15.8ish so the box sees plenty of juice. Probably break tomorrow now!

My box is wired just like yours , and i still have a no start problem. Tested it with the + wire all the way to the bat in the trunk and no change.

I hope you knocked on some wood before making that post !

It seems to me that most of the problems arise when people use it with FAST.
