I really miss the Weld Prostars that I had on my last GN. Am interested in total changeover and wondering if anyone local might be interested.

I'm looking for a set (4 or 6) 15" Weld Prostars 3.5" backspacing w/tires to trade for 6 GNX type (4 Enkei 2 GNX) 16" x 8" wheels. BFG 245/50 ZR16's on Enkei's and Mickey 16" Street ET's on the GNX wheels. Got another set of Mickey Street ET's unmounted. The unmounted tires still have some runs left in them.

Anyone interested in talking about a swap?

Can't help you with the trade, but gotta say that car looks great. Do you and/or any other TR guys here in the valley get together or go anyplace somewhat regularly. On a fluke I happened by the R&R McDonalds at the Pavillions and saw one daily driver TR.

I'm just a lowly carbed '83 (or will be when I get her back together), but I was just wondering what the big boys do for fun

The whole Buick group seems to slow down to an idle when it gets 100 degrees out, but still some activity. We get over to the pavillions a couple of times a year and likely will do that sometime over the summer. Most of our activity has been and likely will be racing. With the exception of the summer, we normally meet at Speedworld at least once a week, maybe twice. With the exception of the pavillions, we normally don't do much in the way of car shows.

Gathering point on the weekends is Nick Micale's place in the area of 35th Ave. and Greenway. We work on our cars there, BS and normally have lunch at local joint. Again, not many show up when it's hot as this, but one or two of us generally there on weekends. If you'd like to stop by sometime drop me a private email.
