Astro van Hydroboost

Just wondering if anyone has used a hydroboost from a Chevy Astro. I pulled the hydroboost a couple weeks ago from a junk one my friend picked up for parts. So far I've learned from my subject search is the T-type brake pedal can be used and power steering pump should be sufficient. My T-type has already been converted to vacuum by the previous owner so I was wondering if I should use that master cylinder or use the one from the Astro. I'd like to use the one on there so I wouldn't have to bleed the brakes.
