Autometer 2634 Oil Pressure Gauge pegs

I am trying to figure out what is going on with my new Oil Pressure gauge. All wiring is correct, reads 0 when car is off. With ignition on it pegs and stays pegged with engine on. Swapped out gauges, same thing. The sender should ground to the block correct? The old VDO worked fine.

Check your connection it sounds like you may have the power and signal connections mixed up

Try unplugging the sender and see what the gauge reads.

Maybe the sender is bad.

I got it, I’m a dumba$$. Had the the wrong wire hooked up. Thanks guys!
