Autometer c2 guages

I just changed from autometer phantom to autometer c2 guages. I switches on both guages but not the oil guages don't work just pegged the 200 plus mark won't move. I tried to fix it but the ground wire got loose I zapped something now neither one of them work. Are my guages not bad or it it just a fuse? The lights still comes on on both of them.
