average scanmaster readings

what r the scanmaster numbers supposed to look like cruising at 45

can someone tell me what these numbers look like
this is while in drive with brake held

iny 129
bl 110
clt 192
ats 129
tps .46
iac 43
cc moves up 4 points a time
o2 back in forth but mostly around 600-700

ran out of edit time.... bl=110 indicates the ecm is pulling fuel.... (and int=128, means ecm is happy with the amt. of fuel it's pulling, for now) with o2's in the 6-700 range at idle (a bit lean, but not too bad)... try lowering the fp a little at a time and see if the blm comes up... should be right at 128... with int also at 128...
