FP gauge reads aprox. 38 psi disconnected. I assume this means it is busted and I need a new one, correct? If so, any suggestions on a reasonably priced replacement? I'm a little wary of the $20 ebay gauges, but it's not like it's a 1000HP race car, and I don't want to spend $100 right now either. Thanks in advance for the help.

Additional, possibly useless info:
At some point a Kenne Bell fuel pressure gauge was installed on my car, and it seemed to be fine, but suddenly I noticed that fuel pressure jumped up to around 80 psi. Even with the fuel pressure regulator cranked to minimum I was still seeing around 65 psi on the gauge. I depressurized the system and removed the gauge and it reads about 38 psi disconnected.
