Bad O2 sensor? Help!!

Ok so my O2 readings are real low 360-390 at idle and even up at 18lbs of boost. I made a short powerlogger recording and my cross counts stay at 2. Is my O2 shot? Just put the car back togeather from a head swap and not this. Whats your thoughts?

found it. I didnt have it plugged in all the way Now back to tuning LOL
