Basic BLM 's

My question is this.

I have already increased my WOT fuel to the max position on my Translater+ and I am still running lean.

I have an extender chip and upped my base BLM count to richen up my chip.

I also set my translater+ to the notch for a leaner idle with my 3" Impalla MAF to try and compensate for the base richer mixture.

My @ idle BLM's are now 116. Does this mean that I am rich at idle or does it mean that the ECM is pulling fuel and my idle is ok due to the ECM pulling fuel?

It means the ecm thinks your rich so its pulling fuel to try and achieve the programmed non PE A/F ratio. As long as your BLM's stay w/in a corectable range and don't bottom out then your basically ok. 116 isn't anything to worry about. Once the BLM's level off when in learn mode then the ecm believes the A/F ratio is correct for whats programmed.
