best way to save streaming video???

what's the best way to save streamed video?

I'd like to be able to go to a video site (www.streetfire.net) and save several Buick videos, but the site won't let you "right click" and I've searched my hard-drive looking for where it stores them temporarily (temporary internet files, etc.)and couldn't find any playable files.

any suggestions?
