I have to give huge thanks to Bruce at Aggressive Performance. I couldn't figure out this fuse thing for the life of me. With a quick PM, boom fixed. Thank You Bruce.

What was the problem & fix? I might have the same problem.

It was just the wire going into my bulkhead to the ECM/SOL fuse.
The car stopped popping the fuse upon start. I was going to see if it would do it under boost still, but we got like 6 inches of snow I really don't feel like driving down my street . Good luck on ours.
