All i can say is : What a " Bad Ass Beautiful Piece of Workmanship !", if this car runs as good as it looks- everyone beware!

I seem to remember him already running this, maybe at BG don't remember. Somewhere in the 7s, a hair slower than winsett's car. He was having issues with the clutch setup he was using to spool that giant turbo from what I remember. Maybe I'm talking out of my arse though, I can't remember any of this too clearly.

He might have, but its the first time i saw it and would sure like to see him run it in person!

Anderson's Car

If you have not seen it in person up close then you haven't got the full effect of the car, pic's do not do that car any justice. The car is a true piece of great workmanship and has the ablity to do some really great runs on the track, something any car or race enthusiest would truly appriciate. Billy has worked extensively hard on building and tuning the car, I never realized how meticulous a race car is to work on until watching him tune it at Bowling Green. He has a large amount of talant, skill and knowlage on not just Buicks but several hi-performace applications from small 1 and 2 cylinder engines to large blown or twin turbo V-8 engines. :)

I have seen it in his shop in person yesturday but have not seen him at the track yet-words cannot describe how beautiful this car is.

It is my understanding that when the car came to Bowling Green, this was for some "shakedown passes." Well, shake down this. I saw the car run an 8.19 and I believe he had a best MPH of 179. Billy can provide actual details if you want. :)

Sweet....sweet .......piece of equipment. Saw it a BG ...BAD ASS car!

We have only been back to the track once since BG after finally beating some electrical gremlins, we seem to have a little better handle on how the clutch thing works, last time out at 15# of boost, the car went 8.30 at 170 with a lousy 1.30:D 60ft. on the first pass, on the 2nd pass a fuel pump quit and it has been sitting since then. The car requires ALOT more attention than we ever anticipated, I truly hoped to run a number by now but the shop is as busy as it has ever been and I cannot find any reliable help to keep things going long enough to break away and get the car to the point it needs to be. I plan on getting the car out in the next 2 weeks, I think we have the suspension and clutch a little closer, plan on turning up the wick and having something worthy enough to report.
Thanks for the compliments.
Bill

There any good pics or video of this beast floating around???

how many #'s of boost does a car of that caliber run cuz 15@170 is insane.i could imagine what it'll run when bill turns up the wick!

Thanks dude! I just couldn't get Google to cough anything useful up for me...

And yeah, video would be AWESOME....

I hope to be at ETown Sunday, definately Bristol if the car count is only 3 and I have to bring 2 of them. Keep your eyes peeled for the website, I will post a link soon, it will showcase the current projects in the shop and past customer jobs, it wont be difficult to figure out why we have not gotten the car sorted out yet!!!! Hopefully we wont get flamed too bad as the majority of the work is Brand X!!!!!!

By Brand X I'm guessing you mean Fords? Mustangs in particular?

As long as they have a turbo or turbos I won't flame you Bill:) :D ;)
