The maf can give you all kinds of fits, but this seems to be a pretty decent vacuum leak somewhere after the maf. It is the o2 sensor calling for all the fuel. There a lot of vacuum lines on these cars. Get a buddy and use one of the many methods of finding vacuum leaks (golf tee as plug, pinching lines with pliers etc. and watch your readings. BL is adjusting twice per second, so you will see the number move as you find it/them. If the all lines test good, then there are many other culprits as mentioned earlier in this thread. Check and fix one thing at a time, you might be dealing with multiple gremlins.
Btw, you should be hesitant about driving the car that rich. Being pig rich can do more damage than just washing the walls with fuel and losing compression, many motors have been broke from being to rich.
