boost spiking issue!

I had my car dynoed and had a boost spiking issue. I'm not sure what is causing this. The First pull was 18PSI, which is what I set it at (BTW: I have a TE-63-1 w/HD wastegate). Then second pull it boost shot up to 25! Then again on the 3rd pull it was 24-26.

Why did this happen, and what can I do to fix this?

BTW: I also have the TH 3"DP and the wastegate solenoid is not hooked up. Any ideas on how to fix this?

What gas where you running?

Was the boost creeping to 25 # ? or did it spike then settle back down to 18 #?

Disconnect the wastegate actuator and check the wastegate puck assembly. I had one get sticky not too long ago, boost was much higher in high gears than it was in 1st. The puck should be sloppy and move freely.

I checked the wastegate actuator puck and it moves freely.

I had 110 octane fuel.

The boost spiked and stayed. It did not come down.
