Bottom pickup filter?

Is this a 7004R filter? Or are we still over filling a quart like we did in he old days to prevent sucking air?

Both or better is a deep pan and extended pickup.

I figured a deeper pan is no good without an extended pickup but who sells them? They don't appear to come with the after market pans.

Ck has a custom pan, we4 might have some if you ask(he wrote the sticky at the top of the section), nick micale had some cast pans that take a 700 filter. I'm sure extreme, don Wang, bison, or any of the site sponsors could get you taken care of.
