Normally it has just a strong, sweet lacquer paint smell. I bought some at the hardware store, Sunnyside, same brand as I am used to. Now it smells organic, like woody/pulpy/funky, maybe even like moonshine. It did not really clean my paintgun or mixing cups as well either. I checked a few other containers at the store this morning and they smelled the same, I thought maybe it was mispackaged. I actually returned this but have not repurchased another. Is there some "green" formula that is now being produced?
