Bowling Green Chip???

Has anyone ever heard of the the Bowling Green Customs "Street Plus 10" Chip. Someone is trying to sell me one but he doesn't know anything about it. I just want to know what kind of combo it is for. Thanks!

".... Street plus 10 chip is worth approximately 50hp and up ,depending on fuel....." launch boost 20-21lbs, drops to 17lbs during 2nd gear and above.
