Bolt pattern is the same at 5x4.75 and I don't think fender clearance is an issue either, so they will fit.

I am worried about backspacing?

they will not fit unless you got some 4"-5" spacers

Backspacing will be way off.

Just to give you an idea, my WS6 used 7.5" BS on a 10" wheel. A GN uses 4.5" or 5" BS on a 10" wheel.
