brake fuses keep blowing

As soon as I put in a new fuse it blows, right away I was told it is more than likely the powermaster. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

The powermaster electric motor is shot. Contact Hank Terry at hterry@parker.com. He sells new PM motors.
