brake problem

i still have btrake problem,i change to a vaccum convertion brake and still a problem whit....hard pedal and the light is on exept when i push on brake.....i have a good vaccum on the booster.... need help thanks bob

ok i think is the booster is a uses one but i think is bad i change it tomorow...

If you have a hard pedal, that means your not getting assist from the booster. If the brake lite is on, that means you still have air in the lines. The brake lite doesn't have anything to do with the booster. Are you sure the check valve on the booster is good? Do you hear any vacuum leaking out of the booster?

i put all new vacuum hose thay are no leak,when i remove the hose from the booster i herning the vacuum sound....when the car is running the pedal is a little bit more smouth then the car dont run but just i little bib more , the car brake but still hard...i think is a rusty booster....

Sometimes I get bad boosters. Whether with vacuum to it or not, the rod is hard to push in. This of course means the booster is no good. However, don't forget, the brake light only has to do with brake fluid pressure in the lines.

ok john ,i check the fluid on the line tomorow i blead agan and i check if everithing is ok before change the booster .....it is the same way to blead a gn like the other car?......and for the booster it is possible it is to mutch cold beacose here is -40c below zero.....thanks bob
